Design Development
This stage of the development is where we develop further the approved concept design and discuss the internal and external choices of material and building finishes for the project while simultaneously working towards the most cost effective solution. We pride ourselves in staying well-informed on all aspects of building material developments.
Your project may require a town planning approval and if this is required, then we will prepare and submit a formal application to the Council.
