Contractor Selection and Administration
Our company works with a range of very experience consultants and registered builders. It’s at this stage of the project that our expertise can be very useful. Once a builder has been selected, we can assist with the selection and preparation of the appropriate building contract to be signed by you and the builder. We would then be engaged to complete the full contract administration process. This would take all the worries and pressure of project managing the building works from the client. We ensure that as progressive payments are made to the builder, you don’t overpay for the value of the work done and materials on site, undertake inspections of the works and attend meetings as required with client and builder.
At the completion of the project it is our aim that you have felt that you have always been part of the team and therefore ensure communication is maintained from the start to completion.
