Concept Design
The concept design stage commences by establishing with the client their project objectives, budget and constraints. After this has been discussed and fully understood, we then review all the local planning and building controls. A detailed survey of existing site conditions is then completed. The next step is to produce sketches that clearly explain and achieve the original aim and concept of the client’s brief and budget.
Concept design plans could be described as a Real Estate Agents floor plan, including elevations.
